In her prior role, Prafulla was leading enterprise client strategy with a global leader in commercial real estate and investments where she was focused on transformational solutions for existing and new customers with a clearly defined growth strategy. She presently serves as a member and jury on domestic and global industry bodies with a focus on industry and people transformation. She has been recognised and rewarded for her industry contributions. Prafulla holds a post doctoral degree in business transformation and a Masters in Business Administration.
